Another semester is over. There are no more exams or papers to correct. The grades are posted. A silence has settled over the campus. 

For a short while I will thoroughly enjoy the pleasure of having too much time on my hands and the luxury of letting my mind wander beyond the usual constraints of academia. All the thoughts that have been repressed by the demands of the moment or collected and stuffed into cells of spreadsheets and then beaten into submission are now free to roam about in my head and terrorize citizens.  

There’s no telling what may happen.
